Why have I been refunded the amount I paid?
It is possible that the amount paid and/or the completed payment reference have not been entered correctly. This means that they do not match the details in the booking confirmation. The amount paid will then be automatically refunded. Check that your payment details fully match the booking confirmation. Then try to make the payment again or contact us.
What is a starting price?
This is the price of an arrangement per person as stated in our brochure. This is the lowest price for at least one day of arrival in that month. Depending on the occupancy, the prices on certain arrival days may be higher than the communicated from price in the brochure or in advertisements
Can we pay with PIN in Germany?
Yes, you can use most bank and giro cards in our hotels.Please note: the Rabobank passes only go up to € 500.00, this is not the case with all other banks. The hotel can tell you where the nearest ATM is.

I can check in for the hotel room from 2:00 PM. Can I arrive earlier?
Yes, that's possible. Between 12:00 and 14:00 we welcome you with a free lunch. If you arrive after 2:00 PM, there is coffee/tea with a local delicacy.
Your room is available from 3 or 4 pm. If you arrive later than 5 pm, we would like to be informed so that we can hold your room.

Is there ample parking and is it free?
Most hotels have free parking spaces on the hotel grounds or nearby. At some hotels it is paid parking due to the use of a third party parking facility. This will then be stated on the separate website of the respective hotel.
Are winter tires compulsory in Germany?
In Germany, the use of winter tires is regulated by law. At the beginning of December 2010, these rules were further tightened. Below we provide an overview of the obligations in Germany.
In Germany it is mandatory to adapt the car equipment to the weather conditions. This means that you use winter tires if you drive in winter conditions. According to the law, winter conditions in any case include freezing rain, slipperiness due to snow, slush and slipperiness due to ice or frost formation.
Germany does not have a fixed period in which the use of winter tires is mandatory.
In Germany, winter tires with the snowflake symbol, M+S tires and all-weather tires are permitted. The profile must be at least 1.6 mm, at least 4 mm is recommended.
In Germany it is a code of conduct for 'motor vehicles'. The obligations therefore also apply to motorhomes and motorcycles. There is no obligation for winter tires (or snow chains) under caravans. It is allowed and it also provides better road holding for caravans.
The obligation to have suitable winter equipment does not only relate to the tires but also to, for example, windscreen washer fluid, windscreen wipers and coolant.
Germany has a fixed fine for not wearing winter tires in winter conditions: €40. In case of nuisance or endangerment, the fine is €80 and 1 penalty point (amounts apply from 4-12-2010).
Are pets allowed?
It is allowed in some hotels. This is stated per hotel on the website. It is possible that a pet is only allowed in the room and not in the restaurant.
