Contact form
When you send us requests by contact form, your data from the application form, including the contact details you provide therein, will be stored by us for processing the application and for any follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.
The processing of the data entered in the contact form is therefore exclusively based on your consent (GDPR art. 6 par. 1 sub a). You can revoke this consent at any time. An informal notification to us by e-mail is sufficient for this. The legality of the data processing that took place up to the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.
The data entered by you in the contact form will remain with us until you request deletion, you revoke your consent to storage or the purpose for the data storage expires (e.g. after the processing of your request has been completed). Mandatory legal provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.
Processing data (customer and contract data)
We only collect, process and use personal data insofar as it is required for the establishment, substance or change of the legal relationship (file data). Demographics for Google Analytics
This website uses the “demographics” feature of Google Analytics. As a result, reports can be drawn up that contain information about age, gender and interests of the page visitors. Google AdWords and Google Conversion Tracking
This website uses Google AdWords. AdWords is an online advertising program of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States (“Google”).
Within the context of Google AdWords, we use so-called Conversion Tracking. When you click on an ad from Google, a conversion Tracking Cookie is installed. Cookies are small text files that the internet browser leaves on the user's computer. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days and do not serve to personally identify the user. When the user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can recognise that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page.
