Cancellation service

In case you need to cancel shortly before departure, this often involves elevated charges for you. If you purchase the cancellation service, you are always able to cancel for a valid reason free of charges. The costs of the cancellation service amount to € 24.50 per adult and € 12.25 for children from 4 to 13 years old. The cancellation service can still be added within 5 days after making your booking. Only our cancellation service can provide a solution to avoid unexpectedly high cancellation fees.

Cancellation fees 

If you cancel your 5-day All-in Arrangement, Enjoyhotels bills you the following cancellation fees: 

• In case of cancellation on the day of arrival or later: the full travel sum;
• In case of cancellation between the moment of booking until 6 weeks (42 days) before the day of arrival: 30% of the travel sum; 
• In case of cancellation between 4 to 6 weeks (28 to 42 days) before the day of arrival: 60% of the travel sum;
• In case of cancellation within 4 weeks (28 days) before the day of arrival: 90% of the travel sum;
• In case of the premature discontinuation of the stay: the full travel sum;
• In case of not showing up (a no-show), the full price of the arrangement is billed. 

Conditions cancellation service

If you have purchased the cancellation service, you can cancel free of charges when you have valid reasons for cancelling. These include in any event the following grounds:

• the decease or serious illness of you or a close relative;
• a medically necessary intervention that must be undergone by you, your partner, or a child;
• complications during pregnancy;
• divorce;
• a house becoming unexpectedly available for rent;
• serious damage to your home or business;
• involuntary unemployment following fixed employment;
• entry into a new employment relationship following unemployment;
• the theft or breakdown of the vehicle you would travel with within 14 days prior to departure.
